Always handy to have motivation; willpower is all well and good, but an actual benefit you can see and work towards is a nice extra push. And the derby is a fun thing (I assume) to act as motivation.
Moar tea indeed! Or hot chocolate, fruit juice, fizzy pop, sparkling water, flavoured water, warm milk... Why limit yourself to just one drink?! Mind you, the sugar in some of those wouldn't really be much better for you ;) Cheese should not be given up under any circumstances, it is a most yummy thing suitable for so many meals. Although I'm prepared to admit that it's probably possible to have too much of it.
