The short answer is yes, at least to some degree. I don't know to what degree that differs from natal vaginas though. Also, the spellcheck routine for LJ doesn't know "vaginas" but does suggest "vaginae" and "vegans" amongst other options. I'm not sure if this pleases me or not.
