sacredchaoIt seems I'm valued where I work. They've offered to make me full time rather than part time and I've rather happily accepted. I'll be working late for a while but that's hardly the end of the world and I'll be able to swap to an earlier shift within a few months and get my evenings back. My hourly rate drops a little of course, but that's before considering such novelties as paid leave. I also get a guaranteed full time workload and the pay to go with it. The late shift means penalty rates as well so all things considered I'm going to be happy cashwise.
